My Wellbeing

Welcome to My Wellbeing, a tool designed to help you manage and optimise your mental health and wellbeing by connecting you with relevant resources and services.

The tool was developed in partnership with Curtin University psychologists and is informed by principles from mindfulness, cognitive behavioural therapy and The Five Ways to Wellbeing framework. It can recommend tools, techniques, services and information that can support you in the short and long term.

Your privacy is a top priority for us. This tool does not gather any data about your emotional state or the issues you're encountering. For more information on privacy, please refer to Curtin's privacy statement ↗.
